Camping Urlaub in Rovinj
Hidden at the bottom of the Bay, camping Vestar is situated in an idyllic area only 6 km south of the centre of Rovinj. The camp was named after a small uninhabited island near the south “entrance” to the bay. The fairly small camp is a perfect spot for family camping and for those who like to enjoy the sun on the nice pebble and sandy beaches. The area the camp is excellent for long bike rides on the small road in the pine woods separating camping Vestar from Camping Polari.
Facilities at Camping Vestar:
In terms of facilities camping Vestar has of course everything which one could expect from a good campsite:
Three of the 7 sanitary buliding have recently been renovated, equipped with hot water showers, toilet and place for washing dishes. Some of the buildings have facilities for disabled persons and are equipped with washing machines, children’s toilets and baby rooms.
Close to the reception there is a supermarket and an internet point, Wi-Fi internet access is available in some areas of the campsite.
The culinary offer consists of a restaurant, a pizzeria and a snack and Pool.
The large pool area in the centre of the camp is an excellent alternative to the blue flag awarded pebble and sandy beaches. Some parts of the large pool area are suitable for the smaller kids too.
For both adults and kids the camp offers an extensive program including a mini club for the smaller guests that runs two hours every morning and 1 – 1.5 hour in the evening. The adult program includes morning gymnastics and several daily sport activities. For those who want to exercise with friends, the campsite has two beach volleyball courts, and water sport equipment for rent.
Pitches at Camping Vestar:
700 camping pitches can accommodate a total of 2100 campers.
The pitches are all equipped with energy-water connection and it is possible to book pitch by the sea.
